As a stroke warrior, I understand the importance of maintaining optimal health and supporting my recovery through proper nutrition. Vitamins are essential to a healthy diet and can be crucial to overall health and well-being.

With so many brands and types of vitamins on the market, knowing which ones to choose can be overwhelming. In this blog post, I will share the top 5 favorite vitamin brands to take and the top 5 vitamins to make sure you get enough of them.

Before I give you my 5 recommendations, let’s look at the 5 key vitamins you need to take them.

After my stroke, I found that I was spending more time indoors and getting less sunlight, the primary source of vitamin D. Check at the label to see that there are only the ingredients you want.
