A loud and clear voice is vital!

I attempt to stay abreast of all that is important in the stroke world. From the stories and issues of stroke warriors to the latest and greatest in stroke research. To podcasts and books and products that help the stroke survivors be more successful. It is a great deal out there to keep up.

I was reading the blog of a stroke patient, Bob Mandell. He is the founder and the Managing Director of Stroke Recovery Foundation. You can read the one blog where I learned about Rare Patient Voice. More in a bit. https://strokerecoveryfoundation.org/stroke-research/an-opportunity-to-make-your-voice-heard/

Also, Bob has written a book called STROKE VICTOR How To Go From Stroke Victim to Stroke Victor. It is a “how-to” book that is filled with tips and approaches to be a stroke victor. Check it out!

He was talking about his experience in research and the company Rare Patient Voice, LLC. Rare Patient Voice provides patients and caregivers with rare or orphan diseases and medical conditions an opportunity to voice their opinions through surveys and interviews to improve medical products and services.

Wes Michael, President, and Founder of Rare Patient Voice have been interviewing and surveying patients, caregivers, physicians, nurses, and advocacy leaders. Wes has over 40 years of experience in marketing research and over 20 years is in healthcare marketing research. Their voice becomes the voices of the patients. They advocate for them and help their voices be heard.

Whenever you can speak out on behalf of stroke thivors everywhere, you will make sure that their (and your) voice is heard. The services, the research, and the care that stroke warriors get will be the best possible. And you feel wonderful.
